Christmas Rose meets Pigment Sprinkles
For this first one I stamped the Rose on Watercolor paper using Versamark. Then I sprinkled White Embossing powder and heat it with my heat tool. Using my Stampin Spritzer I spritzed the back of my paper with water to help with curling. Then I sprinkled Gorgeous Grape Pigment Sprinkles over the Rose and Granny Apple Green in the areas with leaves . Sprinkle gently, a little goes a long way.
Then Using the Spritzer filled with plain water, spray the image and watch the magic happen! You decide when you have enough! I even used my Aqua Painter to move color where I needed it. I like to let mine dry naturally but you can definitely use your Heat Tool on low setting to dry. Becareful to hold the tool a few inches away from project so you don’t push the water and cause a splatter, unless that is the look you are going for!
I let this one dry overnight and LOVE how it turned out! Layered on to Gorgeous Grape cardstock added the Dotted Tulle Ribbon and layered onto Thick Whisper White, and finally added a few pearls.
Rebecka stamped this one using the Staz- On ink onto Watercolor Paper.
She sprinkled Melon Mambo Pigment Spinkles onto a clear block and using the Aqua Painter she created a palette to paint her rose. She did the same with the Granny Apple Green and Gorgeous Grape Pigment Sprinkles. I can’t remember but I think she she used the Mango Melody sprinkle too. Love how vibrant the colors are! Layered onto Melon Mambo, added some Black satin ribbon and layered on Basic Black… Stunning!!!
This one was fun tooo! I stamped the Rose on Watercolor Paper with Staz-on. I used the Gorgeous Grape and Granny Apple Green Pigment Sprinkles. Added a layer of Gorgeous Grape card stock and Black Satin ribbon and Highland Heather card base… I stamped a second rose, fussy cut it and popped it up with Dimensionals.
