Hello Friends!
We missed stamping with you last week. Rebecka had the baby on April 29th and after staying with her for 36 hours of very difficult labor, I was exhausted. Miss Adalynn Marie was 7 lbs 7 oz and 20” long. Mommy and Baby are doing very well.
Isn’t she just precious!
Card #1
This week on Spontaneous Sunday Stamping we decided to create with the fabulous Fresh as a Daisy DSP and the Kindest Expressions stamp set. I absolutely love a large word set like this, it just fills in the space so well.
For all 3 cards we focused on the sheet of DSP that has several different panels you can cut and use as focal points on a card or scrapbook page.
This first one is just gorgeous with the New Copper Clay and Boho Blue. Plus Daisies are one of my favorite flowers so that made it even easier to work with this designer series paper.
Card # 2
Next we have REBECKA’S card, which she created while holding the baby! For her base she has Wild Wheat which is perfectly paired with the Bubble Bath background of the daisies. She stamped the sentiment directly onto the image, added a bow and she has a beautiful card!
Final card
Our final card I used Boho Blue for the base and Wild Wheat for the layer. I love this piece of DSP, it is so peaceful and makes my heart happy! I stamped the sentiment in Memento Black added some gems and voila! Side note: My memento ink really needed to be re inked! Oops. Be sure to check your ink pads from time to time so you don’t do what we did! 🤦♀️
