Timeless Tropical, Seaside View & Peony Garden
Hello,
For last nights Spontaneous Sunday Stamping we did a little simple stamping. Simple stamping consists of , Stamps, Paper & Ink. We were totally inspired by our sweet friend SeasBreeze Stamping with Katie Brown. Check her out on FB. We have 3 gorgeous Simple Stamping cards for you.

Finished Simple Stamping Cards
This Simple Stamping card is made using the Seaside View stamp set and the Dry Brush background stamp. I inked up the Dry Brush stamp with Smokey Slate and “stamped off.” Stamping off just means you ink up the stamp and stamp it once on scrap paper then stamp it onto your card layer, giving you a lighter shade. I also used some post it notes to mask (cover) my card so the Dry Brush stamp would stamp a smaller amount space. Next I stamped the chair and sentiment in Night of Navy. I also added a thin strip of Night of Navy and finally I tapped my Wink of Stella over the entire card.
For this one Rebecka from Stamp By the Beach (also my daughter) used the Stacked Stone background stamp with Gray Granite ink. The gorgeous Peony is inked with Night of Navy then colored with Stampin Blends. Next she layered it onto Night of Navy and Calypso Coral cardstock for a stunning color combination. Finally she sprinkled a few Champagne Rhinestones.
Rebecka was fast tonight, she made 2 gorgeous cards. If you watched the video it took me a “Hot Minute” to do some crafty math for my background stamp. Math is not my friend! lol Anyway, she used Timeless Tropical stamped in Night of Navy and Stacked Stone stamped in Gray Granite. Next she colored the trees with Stampin Blends and layered onto Gray Granite Cardstock and finally onto Granny Apple Green cardstock. Pretty Linen thread double bow and a few Basic Rhinestones, Voila!
