Travel with ME!
On day 1 of the Alaska adventure we arrived on dock, with out luggage and got processed like going through the airport. we waited maybe a hour and got on the ship. We spent the next 3 hours walking the ship and checking out the views of Seattle from the ship. Lisa Marie was happy. We found a place to eat a snack (Lisa Marie had Pizza!). we then realized in all the exploring that we missed lunch, so we ate at the Windjammer Buffet. Met plenty of old friends and new stampers waiting for departure. After departing at 4pm, we rushed to a welcome event that served some really good finger foods, and slushy drinks. Stampin Up! rolls out the red carpet. steak and shrimp skewers, wild goat cheese and mushroom quiche, crab cakes, chicken sliders, and 3 or 4 different kinds of sushi. the music played loud and the food and drinks did not stop flowing. All in all it was a busy day, and we were just anxious to get going.
We visited the Base Camp for stampers and won a prize. After we each forgot our phones or sea passes, we bought a lanyard and Puff met a friend.
Dinner was at 8pm and we were tired and exhausted by the time we finished. so about 9:30 we went to bed….Check us out tomorrow while we are at sea and have our first general session.
