Stampin Up! Hand Penned Petals White Wash Technique

This week on Spontaneous Sunday Stamping we used the beautiful Hand Penned Petals stamp set from the Annual catalog. I stumbled across fellow demonstrator’s video showcasing the white wash technique and I knew we had to give it a try.

Rebecka did an amazing job, especially since I didn’t share a sample or anything before we started. We truly stamped “spontaneously“this week. She had to follow my crazy instructions that i was trying yo remember from a video i saw a few hours before we went live. Lol

The Shabby Chic Floof Bow

If you have watched us on Sunday’s or the replays you have heard us call some of our bows, Floof. They are just Floofy and a little “extra!” Rebecka had the best way of describing how to do this, she was totally showing off her Occupational Therapist moves. After cutting the ribbon down the middle to create 2 long pieces she showed us to lay the ribbon around our first two fingers leaving a tail on the palm of your hand. Then wrap the ribbon in a figure 8 fashion around your first two fingers. Then use a length of white crinkle seam binding to tie it then create a bow. Voila! Shabby chic Floof bow!
